Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII Reviewed: Great RPGs

My dual reviews of Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII, two great retro RPGs available as a bundle. Cthulhu, which was developed second, is undoubtedly the better game, but Breath of Death is worth playing too.

Tech Tales

As you can see, Keybards has just switched to a new template, Astronova, for a variety of reasons (less restrictive license, additional features like the central slider, more attractive color scheme, etc.). The switch has gone reasonably well but there are still some issues to work out and things to do. Additional icons will be added to the top left (Google+ for one), the "blog links" buttons are being redesigned, font styles may be adjusted, and the Keybards banner may be changed (or new banners added).

Also, a long overdue change to the labels (but unrelated to the new template) is underway. All labels under a certain frequency (perhaps 3-5 uses) are being hidden in the sidebar. The labels will still exist, they just won't be shown until the pass a certain frequency threshold which has not yet been decided. This trimming is being done to reduce the excessive clutter and huge page length the label widget was causing.

Finally, the current plan is to change the "Featured Posts" in the center slider at least monthly. The posts featured will generally (not always!) be longer and more in-depth than other posts. The posts are chosen manually and completely arbitrarily.
